cadwork Variant makes it easy to create parametric parts or complete construction. The procedure to create a Variant uses the same functions as those used in cadwork 2D. Each work step is recorded and variables like names can be assigned. This way, the learning curve is reduced to a minimum. To create a parametric file, different variables are available like geometrical, text, mathematic, algebraical, as well as trigonometric and others.
All variants created can be inserted in cadwork 2D and 3D. By changing predefined parameters, the whole geometry of the variable construction can be modified. All parameters can be entered by means of a value or simply measured on an existing construction.
